Aman Pant, the artist behind the background score in Shah Rukh Khan’s movie ‘Dunki’, shared his journey of creating music for the film. He blended Punjabi folk melodies with Western Italian ambiance to seamlessly integrate the music into the unique cinematic world created by Rajkumar Hirani. Pant used a 70-piece orchestra in Budapest for live recordings, incorporating a diverse range of instruments such as big tyco drums, clarinets, woodwinds, trumpets, guitars, and Indian flutes. He also composed four-line poetry in a song as a nod to Shiv Kumar Batalvi’s verses, aiming to make the music an unforgettable part of the film’s identity.
