Why Anemia in pregnancy mostly underdiagnosed?

Pregnancy-related anemia is a common concern that can have serious consequences for the developing fetus as well as the mother. For a variety of reasons, it is occasionally underdiagnosed, though. Pregnancy-related mild to moderate anemia may show no symptoms at all or hazy symptoms that are easily missed. Anaemia’s can also be linked to the demands and changes of pregnancy.
