Bhayashree’s in-flight menu comprised soft-spongy millet dosa, served with delicious sambar and thick and chunky coconut chutney. Wait! The gastronomical journey has not ended yet. Displayed on another plate were fluffy and melt-in-the-mouth millet idlis. The accompaniments were the usual delicious suspects: sambar and coconut chutney. According to Bhagyashree, the millet idlis were a “healthier version”. It underlined that no matter how much a food connoisseur, she was equally conscious of eating right.
