Engaging in high levels of physical activity can lead to a nine-year biological aging advantage, according to a study from Birgham Young University. Regular intensive exercise slows cellular aging by maintaining longer telomeres. Highly active women should jog 30 minutes daily, while men should jog 40 minutes daily, at least five times a week.
