Kids and their food tantrums can put parents in a tough spot. The ordeal often doubles when they accompany adults to an event. Despite several food counters and a myriad of dishes to choose from at a party, kids sometimes refuse to eat anything. But once all is wrapped up and it is time to leave the bash and return home, their hunger pangs strike. Now, a social media user has demonstrated a similar scenario through a ROFL video on Instagram. In the clip, the woman gives the POV of going to a party as a mother with a fussy kid.

The video begins with the woman offering her little munchkin all kinds of delicious culinary preparations being served at an event. Presumably not hungry enough, the kid denies every item. First off, the woman tries to feed the young girl a juicy watermelon slice, followed by kheer. She swayed her head in disagreement and said, “Nahi (no)”. Her response was negative even when the daughter was offered soup, steamed rice, and sweet corn.
A few seconds later, the woman was seen sitting in a car and waving the guests goodbye, indicating that she was leaving the venue. Exactly at that time, the little girl said, “Bhook lagi hai (I’m feeling hungry),” and the smile on her mother’s face faded away. The video has garnered more than 51 million views.

Echoing a similar sentiment, a person shared, “I force-feed my kids before every event so they can just play and I don’t have to worry about them eating.”
“The most angry moment for parents,” quipped another.
“This is very true,” agreed a user.
“Relatable” confessed many.
“This is what makes their childhood and your parenthood memorable,” noted a person.
An Instagrammer guessed, “If I am correct, she wants chips and chocolates.”
